The same crew, every trip.

Much of this industry crews a vessel per season and rebuilds the team every spring. It is cheaper, and it is why guests so often have to explain themselves again on a second visit — how they take their coffee, which cabin the children have, what the dietary requirements actually mean.

Our crew is employed year-round. Preferences are recorded once and carried forward, the engineers know the quirks of their own machinery, and the person who greets you in June is the person who greeted you last September.

Department 018 crew

Bridge & Deck

Navigation, watchkeeping, tenders and the exterior of the vessel. The bridge team holds the passage plan; the deck team holds the standard everything else is judged by.
