Nothing here constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract. Vessel particulars are published in good faith on information supplied by owners and their representatives, and are believed correct but not warranted. Dimensions, tonnage, speed, range, capacities and equipment lists must be verified by survey before you rely on them.

Every vessel is offered subject to prior sale, charter, price change or withdrawal without notice.

Asking prices and charter rates are indicative, exclusive of VAT, import duty, delivery, fuel, provisioning, port charges and crew gratuities unless expressly stated. Currency conversions shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. A charter rate quoted “from” a figure is the low-season rate for the shortest bookable period.

The content of this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, flag, registration, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Yacht ownership carries significant and continuing cost, and vessels are depreciating assets. Take independent advice before committing to anything.

The photographs on this site are of real yachts. The vessel names, specifications, prices, ownership histories and quoted testimonials presented alongside them are illustrative and fictional, and do not describe the yachts pictured or their owners. See our legal notices for the full disclosure and image credits.

You may browse this site and print or download extracts for your own use. You may not scrape it, republish its content commercially, misrepresent your identity when making an enquiry, or use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing.

The site's design, text and code belong to Horizon Yachting S.A.M.. Photography is used under the licences recorded in our legal notices. Third-party marks — builder and designer names among them — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website, or from any interruption to it.
